Shop Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales after purchase are final; full refunds will NOT be available after the order has been shipped. 

Missing/incorrect items:
Please email me regarding any missing/incorrect items. If the item you originally ordered is no longer available, a refund will be issued. 

Damaged items:
Items damaged during transit are generally non-refundable.

**If your package and contents have been damaged beyond repair during transit:
Please email me with video proof of you opening the unopened package. I may be able to send a replacement if the item is still available (though shipping fees must be covered by the customer).

Returned packages:
Please email me if your package has been returned and you would like it to be resent with an additional fee for shipping. Otherwise, a partial refund of your order (excluding tax and shipping) will be issued. 

Lost packages:
I am not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
 Please contact your local post office if you encounter the possibility of a lost package or delay. Thank you for your understanding.

[Loss & Damages]

Please contact me ASAP if your package or the contents are missing or considerably damaged*. While I am not responsible for packages lost and damages incurred by third party shipping companies, I will work with you to find a solution.

*For damaged items, please attach a proof photo.
